But he obviously worked hard to ensure all potential buyers were afforded a time to suit to inspect the property even though there were open house booked times. The fact that he works very hard to marry up prospective buyers to the house no matter the extra workload. And he was never afraid to request an extra viewing time. On the day we had 6 registered buyers and that would have been attributed to the house design and appeal but to an agent who was not afraid to work hard to achieve a good outcome. Michael has definitely the right attributes for a sales agent. Always respectful, polite, friendly but with an aspect of a great personality. Truly a lovely person to work with. And no hint of giving me untruths… so to speak. An honest and respectful man.
